– Service: Any offering by Brown Boy Travels Shop, including free hotel bookings, itinerary design, itinerary design with bookings, and led tours.

– Booking Date: The date on which a service is confirmed and payment is processed.

 2.1. Signature Stays

– Description: Brown Boy Travels Shop offers free hotel booking services.

– Terms: Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel properties. Customers should review these policies on the hotel’s website.

– Cancellation and Refunds: Any cancellations or refunds will be governed by the hotel’s cancellation policy.

 2.2. Bespoke Blueprints

– Description: Custom itinerary design with booking services for a complete trip.

– Delivery: Itinerary and booking will be provided within 2 weeks of agreement on itinerary.

  – Air tickets, hotel bookings, and tours are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective providers.

  – Brown Boy Travels Shop is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by third-party providers.

 – In case of flights booked by Brown Boy Travels Shop, there will be admin charges of 20% along with airline charges for any changes made.

– Refunds: No refunds are provided unless the itinerary is not delivered within the specified time frame.

 2.3. Tailored Treks

– Description: Tours led by experienced guides from Brown Boy Travel Shop.

– Terms:

  – All participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide for safety and coordination.

  – Brown Boy Travels Shop reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary as necessary.

– Cancellation and Refunds:

  – More than 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a 20% administrative fee.

  – Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund.

  1. Cancellation Policy

 3.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

 3.1.1 Signature Stays

– The terms and conditions of the property will apply, which can be checked on their respective website(s).

 3.1.2 Bespoke Blueprints

– Refunds: No refunds are provided unless the itinerary is not delivered within 2 weeks from the booking date.

 3.1.3 Tailored Treks

– More than 30 Days Before Departure/Service Date: Full refund minus a 20% administrative fee.

– Less than 30 Days Before Departure/Service Date: No refund.

 3.2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Brown Boy Travels Shop needs to cancel a service for any reason:

– Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 3.3. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.):

– The policy of airline(s), hotel(s), and tour operator(s) will apply, with a 20% charge applicable for adjustments to bookings.

  1. Refunds

 4.1. Process

– Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@brownboytravels.shop

– Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.

 4.2. Non-Refundable Components

Certain components of the service, such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, or third-party services, may be subject to different refund policies as determined by the third-party providers.

  1. Changes to Services

– A 20% charge will be applicable to each iteration once the itinerary has been delivered.

– A 20% charge will be applicable if the requirements are changed by the customer after the initial consultation.

– More than 15 Days Before Departure: Changes are subject to a 20% fee in addition to any difference in the price of the bookings.

– Less than 15 Days Before Departure: Changes may not be accommodated, but we will do our best to assist with an additional fee of 30%.

  1. General Conditions

– Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services.

– Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip changes, abandonments, curtailments, loss of baggage, and other travel-related issues. Brown Boy Travel Shop will not be liable for any costs related to trip changes, abandonments, curtailments, or loss of baggage if travel insurance is not purchased.

– Force Majeure: Brown Boy Travel Shop is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or other unforeseen events.

  1. Liability

– Limitation of Liability: Brown Boy Travel Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

– Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brown Boy Travel Shop from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of our services.

  1. Dispute Resolution

– Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

– Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in England and Wales.
