I suffered from depression & anxiety for over a decade and went through multiple rounds of therapy and medication with limited success. During my travels, I met the right people who made me realise, I was working on the symptom and not the root cause.

Today I practise modern psychotherapy tools with mindfulness and an advanced yoga practise to keep myself emotionally and spiritually healthy. The cycle has been broken finally and I want you to experience the same.
